I do not recognize a charge. What should I do?

Email our billing team with the payment date, amount, and the email address that may be linked to the account. We will review the information and respond with the next steps.

How do I request a refund?

Send a refund request to billing@starlynetwork.com with your transaction details and a short explanation. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How long does a billing review take?

Most billing reviews are handled within a few business days. Some requests may take longer if additional verification is needed.

Can I cancel a recurring payment?

Contact billing support with the project name and account email. Our team will help review the account and available cancellation options.

Starly Network does not ask users to share full card numbers, passwords, or sensitive account credentials by email.
